Who is responsible

INTERNET IDEAS LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, operates Skiller. For website visits, enquiries and our own customer administration, we determine why and how the related personal data is used.

When an organisation uses Skiller to process its employees' or customers' request content, that organisation usually decides the purpose of that processing. We may act as its processor under its instructions and applicable agreement. A customer may also run the Runner and keep connected data within its own environment. Ask your organisation about its own privacy notice if you use Skiller through work.

Information involved

  • Account and contact information such as names, work email addresses, organisation details, access roles and messages sent to us.
  • Requests and results such as form answers, uploaded files, task details, generated outputs and status information. These may contain personal data if users include it.
  • Technical and usage information such as request identifiers, timestamps, error or audit events, browser and device information, and server logs needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Optional calculator entries such as skill names, people counts, frequency, minutes and hourly costs entered on this landing page.

How a request is processed

An authorised user fills in a Skiller app in the cloud workspace and may upload files. Skiller prepares the request and makes it available to the configured Runner. The Runner checks for new work, pulls the request into the customer's environment and carries out the task with the configured skill, scripts, agent or model and any authorised system connections. The final result can be sent back to the cloud workspace for authorised users.

The exact systems, data fields and agent providers depend on how each customer configures a skill. Information may therefore be handled by the customer's environment and chosen integrations as well as by Skiller Cloud. Do not include personal data in a request unless it is needed for the task and permitted by your organisation.

Purposes and legal bases

Where we act as controller, we use information to answer enquiries and manage customer relationships, deliver the service, administer access, troubleshoot requests, protect accounts and systems, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, our UK GDPR legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a business service, and compliance with legal obligations. Where required for an optional activity, we request consent and explain how to withdraw it.

Where we process request content on a customer's behalf, the customer determines the applicable legal basis and we handle that content in line with its instructions and agreement.

Who may receive data

Data can be available to authorised people in your organisation and to service providers supporting hosting, storage, support and security. A configured task may send the parts it needs to the customer's selected AI agent, model or external system. Sharing depends on the task and integration; external providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a lawful business transaction. Access to request content should be limited to the people and systems needed for the configured workflow.

International transfers

Skiller or an integration selected for a workflow may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where we are responsible for a restricted transfer, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and any additional measures required by applicable law. Customers should review the locations and terms of the agents and connected systems they choose.

How long data is kept

We retain account and service information for the period needed to provide the service, resolve issues, meet contractual commitments and satisfy legal obligations. Request content and results are retained according to the customer's workspace settings and applicable agreement, including any deletion or export instructions. Security logs and backups may follow separate operational cycles. When retention is no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymised as appropriate.

Cookies and local storage

The savings calculator on this public site stores the skill rows and chosen currency in your browser's local storage so they remain available on your device. Those entries are not sent to Skiller by the calculator. You can clear them through your browser's site data settings. The cloud workspace may use cookies or similar storage needed for login, session security and user preferences; its behaviour may differ from this public page.

Security

We use access controls and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect a problem with your account or request content, tell your organisation's workspace administrator or contact us.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some rights have legal limits. If your request concerns content submitted by your organisation, we may refer you to that organisation as the controller or assist it in responding.
