Who operates Skiller
Skiller is operated by INTERNET IDEAS LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean INTERNET IDEAS LTD. “You” means a business customer or a person the business authorises to use Skiller.
How these terms apply
These terms cover the public Skiller website, cloud request experience and related Skiller service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Skiller through your employer or another organisation, you must have permission to act for that organisation and follow its policies.
A signed order, service agreement or data processing agreement may also apply to a customer deployment. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer. Third-party services retain their own terms.
What Skiller does
Skiller turns a prepared skill into an app with request fields and optional file uploads. The cloud workspace receives requests. A configured Runner checks for work, pulls a request into the customer's environment, and uses a prepared skill, scripts, connected systems and a configured AI agent or local model to carry out the task. Results can then be returned to the cloud workspace for authorised users.
The workflow, integrations, hosting choices and available features depend on the customer's configuration and any applicable agreement.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials secure, use only access granted to you, and tell the organisation administering your workspace about suspected unauthorised access. The customer controls which people can submit requests and use particular apps. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or comply with law.
Your requests and content
You and your organisation remain responsible for the information, files and instructions submitted to Skiller, including having the rights and permissions needed to use them. You grant us the limited rights needed to receive, process, transmit, store and return that content to provide the service as configured and agreed.
Do not submit unlawful material, try to access another customer's data, bypass access controls, or use the service in a way that disrupts it. Apply your organisation's own rules when submitting confidential or personal information.
Agents and connections
A Skiller app may connect to an AI agent, model, tool or external system chosen for the workflow. The party configuring a connection must have the right to use it and understand its provider terms and data handling. Provider limits or outages can affect execution. A customer's Runner may run inside its office or other customer-controlled environment, while the request and final result can pass through Skiller Cloud.
Results and review
AI-generated and automated results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them for financial, legal, employment, safety, medical or other important decisions. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the customer is responsible for deciding whether a result is suitable for its use and for any action taken from it.
Subject to rights in third-party material and any signed agreement, you retain your rights to the content you submit and can use the results delivered for your business purposes. We retain the rights to Skiller, its interface, software and our pre-existing methods.
Commercial terms
Any pricing, implementation scope, subscription arrangements, payment dates and service levels are set out in a separate written agreement or order. This page does not offer a fixed price or guarantee that every agent or integration is available.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service useful and secure, but availability can be affected by maintenance, network issues, third-party providers and the customer's environment. Specific commitments and remedies, if any, are in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. Material changes affecting an existing paid customer remain subject to its agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory law requires otherwise; disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any signed agreement.
